NCS Laser Tag

We’ve been very busy delivering the Autumn NCS 2020 programme at Hadleigh Olympic Park. Throughout October half term, the team worked with 42 young people aged 16-17, ensuring that they had an amazing time. Autumn NCS focused on helping the young people to build friendships, create new memories, develop skills to aid them in their next steps in life and form stronger ties within their communities.

It was fantastic to see 15 young people from our Summer NCS Keep Doing Good programme return for Autumn NCS, along with many new faces too. The young people spent the week participating in a range of action-packed activities including Kayaking, Paddle boarding and Laser Tag. We were also very fortunate to welcome some expert volunteers from Mind, the Fire and Rescue Service and Parliament UK to offer some amazing workshops. The week was incredibly successful, and we are looking forward to the young people continuing their journey with NCS and getting more involved in their communities as part of our local action groups. The team are excited to be busy planning for Summer 2021 NCS, if you would like to secure your spot early please email NCS@essexboysandgirlsclubs.org
