This year marked our 30th Golf Day held at the beautiful Gosfield Lake Golf Club.
Seeing 22 teams arrive at 9am for a full course breakfast before heading out onto the course for tee-ing off at 11am! We were graced with some lovely weather which added an extra shine to the day- whilst staff supplied the teams with extra refreshments to keep them hydrated throughout the day.
All teams and celebrities met back at the clubhouse after their rounds and tucked into a delicious 3 course carvery meal- with some added entertainment from George Saunders! We dug out some of our photo’s and programmes that we have had stored at the EBGC main office and had them on display for teams to browse.
Our Golf Days, however, are a very valuable opportunity for us to raise extra funds, support and a worthy opportunity to show people the great work we do. We so far have raised a fantastic £6,000 and counting!
