Mark Noble, West Ham United club captain, visited some of our NCS groups on the 14th August at Hadleigh Park, Benfleet. It was a great day with Mark speaking to participants, taking photos and signing shirts and memorabilia. It was a particularly memorable day for Robert Lodge, a lifelong West Ham fan, who got to spend the whole day with Mark. He said: “I got quite emotional meeting Mark and hearing his stories about his career and how he’s got to where he is today.” Robert is also a member of an affiliated club, Wickford Town FC, and it was great to offer this opportunity to our wider network, outside of NCS.
Whilst at Hadleigh Park, Mark also took the time to make a video message to be played at the NCS Graduation Ceremony on Saturday 16th September:
